I decided that I need to lose some weight quickly before getting pregnant again, so as I seem to be pretty good at maintaining my weight I would do the hospital Drop Dietand then just try and maintain the new weight. PapaBug decided that he could do with losing 6kg in a week as well so last night he decided to do it as well.
Friday morning I weighed myself: 93.8kg (hideously obese)
I then made up a lunch pack for PapaBug, a thermos of soup, and a bag of fruit. PapaBug then got up and told me that he would start tomorrow as then he will be home and he doesn’t know how much soup etc he would want during the day. He also suggested that I could still do it, or wait until tomorrow and start with him.
I think about it and decide that I will start anyway and leave my options open.
So I have the soup pureed in the blender (as I pureed it so it would go in the thermos for papabug) with some salt and pepper for taste, it was cold which is nice in this hot weather.
I also had a couple of nectarines, and an apple.
I decided to go visit one of my friends with a 3 month old, I took her chicken, bread rolls, and coleslaw from woollies stuff you can eat one handed
After being thrown up on 3 times I came home, he was very cute and I didn’t mind the chuckies at all. I then decided that I would skip the diet for today and start tomorrow with the hubby, so I went to the club for lunch.
I had the chicken schnitzel with mushroom sauce, with a jug of diet coke, followed by a chocolate cake, and chai latte. I also had pasta with bolognaise and pumpkin sauce with BabyBug for dinner. I’ll try again tomorrow.
